Mission of the Foundation:

The foundation's aim is to improve living conditions of underprivileged people and to motivate local municipalities to rebuild old, non-residential buildings thus contributing to sustainable development.

The Foundation provides non-repayable grants totalling EUR 370.000 per tender cycle for local governments to renovate and transform non-residential buildings into flats, buildings this way also contributing to sustainable development.

Projects are to be completed within 2 years.
